How do I restore my purchases?
- Open the AnnotateAudio app
- Go to the Settings page
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Your subscription will be restored if it was purchased with the same Apple ID
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the AnnotateAudio app
- Go to the Settings page
- Tap "Your Plan"
- Tap "Manage Subscription"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
I have a question about billing or my subscription
All subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. For billing questions, you can:
- View your subscription details in the app by going to Settings → Your Plan
- Check your Apple subscriptions in your device Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Contact Apple Support for billing-specific issues
